For over two decades, Erin Herman has worked with Fortune 500 executive leadership teams across the globe to drive impact at scale and lead transformation that lasts. She has held senior leadership roles at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital–ALSAC and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF USA), where she developed global partnership strategies to support the world’s most vulnerable children.
Through her leadership, her team delivered a record-breaking $300 million, 10-year philanthropic commitment to a children’s hospital—one of the largest of its kind. Erin also co-created the Learning Passport, an award-winning online and mobile education platform developed in partnership with Microsoft and Cambridge University. Recognized as one of TIME’s 100 Best Inventions of 2021 and ranked the 3rd Most Influential Project in the World by PMI, the platform has provided access to education for children in over 40 countries.
Erin’s leadership journey has taken her across China, Finland, Italy, South Africa, and beyond—meeting with teams, building partnerships, and unlocking potential in rooms where real change happens. She’s spoken at the United Nations General Assembly, headlined summits, and been featured by institutions like the University of Missouri’s Bloch School of Business.
Now based in the Kansas City area with her husband, daughter, and son, Erin brings her global perspective to keynote stages across the world. Her talks spark courage, clarity, and connection—empowering high-performing teams and senior leaders to grow with purpose.

The Learning Passport is a digital education platform that now serves students in over 40 countries. It was named one of TIME’s 100 Best Inventions and ranked the third most influential project in the world by PMI. But what matters most isn’t the recognition—it’s the reach.
